摘要
目的:探讨个体化健康教育在改善头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔黏膜炎中的效果,为临床工作提供参考和依据。方法:选取头颈部肿瘤放疗并发口腔黏膜炎患者120例,随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。两组患者均给予用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子喷雾剂治疗。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予个体化健康教育对两组患者的口腔黏膜反应以及满意度评价进行分析比较。结果:两组患者随着化疗剂量的增加和化疗时间的延长,其口腔黏膜反应差异显著,对照组患者的对健康教育的态度、语言以及内容等方面的认可程度显著低于观察组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育能有效延缓口腔黏膜反应,提高满意度。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of individual health education on improving oral mucositis of head and neck cancer radiotherapy patients. Method: 120 head and neck cancer concurrent radiotherapy patients with oral mucositis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group contained 60 cases. All the patients were treated with recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor sprays. Patients in control group were given conventional health education, and in the observation group were given individualized health education. The oral mucosa reaction and satisfaction evaluation of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result: With the increasing of chemotherapy doses and extending of chemotherapy time, the differences on oral mucosa reaction of two groups were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The attitude on health education and recognition degree on language and content of control group was statistically lower than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Individual health education can effectively extend oral mucosa reaction and improve the patient satisfaction.
