摘要
选取反映公共图书馆发展水平的指标,使用因子分析法对全国31个地区的公共图书馆发展水平进行分析。分析结果表明各地区公共图书馆的发展水平受到当地经济发展水平的制约,并受到自身规模的影响。随着信息技术的发展,公共图书馆应该利用新技术提高自己的管理和服务水平。
Selecting the index to reflect the development level of public libraries, this paper analyses the development level of public libraries including 31 provinces and municipalities in China by using the factor analysis method. The analysis result shows that？the development level of？public libraries？in each area？is restricted by？the develop- ment level of local economies,？and is influenced by？its？size. With the development of information technology, public libraries should？improve the？management and service level？by using new technology.
