摘要
针对如何提高安全工程专业人才培养质量问题,分析了工程教育专业认证标准,结合辽宁工程技术大学安全工程专业实际情况,采用以专业认证为导向的人才培养方法,从培养目标、课程体系、实践教学、教师工程实践能力、质量保障体系、个性化培养等几个方面开展改革,通过实践,最终实现"应用创新型高级专门人才"这一培养目标。
To improve the quality of talent cultivation of safety engineering specialty, based on the analysis of safety engineering＇s professional accreditation and the actual situation of safety engineering specialty in Liaoning Technical University, a professional certification-oriented innovation was carried out from the aspects of training aim, curriculum system, practice teaching, teachers＇ ability of engineering practice, quality guarantee system and personalized cultivation to materialize the goal of cultivating applied and innovative professional talents.
