一种化学生热增能助羟丙基胍胶压裂体系的室内研究 被引量:5

摘要 将Na NO2-NH4Cl化学生热体系引入到常规胍胶压裂液体系中,提出一种新型可控型化学生热增能助压裂液体系。通过数字式温度计测量对该化学生热体系生热峰值及达到生热峰值的时间,分别考查了生热剂浓度、催化剂种类及浓度、环境温度的影响。采用冷冻断裂蚀刻透射电子显微镜(FF-TEM)和光学显微镜对交联冻胶压裂液及其破胶后的微观结构进行观察,系统研究了影响压裂液交联和破胶的因素,测定了不同条件下冻胶的流变性能。基于该化学生热助压裂技术的室内研究,证实了Na NO2-NH4Cl可控型化学生热增能助压裂体系用于改善低温低压油层破胶效果的可行性。 NaN O2- NH4 Cl chemical heat- generating system was introduced to common Hydroxypropylguar gum( HPG)fracturing fluid and a novel controllable chemical heat- generating fracturing fluid was developed. The effect of reactant concentration,catalyst type and concentration and temperature were studied by digital thermometer. The microstructure of HPG fracturing fluid after chemical crosslinking( breaking) was investigated using freeze fracture transmission electron microscopy( FF- TEM) and optical microscope respectively. Factors on chemical crosslinking( breaking) were also discussed and rheological properties of the gel formed under different conditions were determined. Based on these studies,the feasibility that NaN O2-NH4 Cl chemical heat- generating system can help to improve the gel- breaking effect of low temperature and pressure reservoir was confirmed.
