2011—2013年上海119家样本医院口服降糖药的应用分析

摘要 糖尿病是最常见的慢性疾病之一。糖尿病患者心血管疾病的危险性是非糖尿病患者的2—4倍，75％的2型糖尿病患者死于并发心血管疾病。我国将糖尿病列入国家重点防治疾病。抗糖尿病药物中除胰岛素（含类似物）外，口服降糖药包括磺酰脲类、双胍类、噻唑烷二酮类、α-糖苷酶抑制剂等，此外还有治疗糖尿病相关并发症的药物。
