摘要
目的:探讨防治术中低体温的保温护理措施。方法:将老年骨科手术患者按手术类型、年龄、体重等以齐同对比原则分为三组,即常规护理组、常规保温组、复合保温组,分别采用不同的保温护理措施,复合保温组加用充气式恒温毯保温,而常规护理组和常规保温组不采用保温措施。观察三组术中低体温发生情况。结果:三组术中体温分别为(35.4±0.6)、(35.8±1.1)、(36.9±0.5)℃。常规护理组和常规保温组与复合保温组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复合保温可以防治术中低体温,而常规保温措施保温效果不佳,充气式恒温毯在防治老年术中低体温中作用明显。
Objective：To explore the prevention of hypothermia during orthopedic surgery.Method：According to surgery types,age and weight,150 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery were allocated into 3 groups（routine nursing group,routine heat preservation group,composite heat preservation group）, and observing patients’ change of temperature during surgery.Result：The temperature of three groups were （35.4±0.6）、（35.8±1.1）、（36.9±0.5）℃,there was statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Composite insulation care before surgery can prevent hypothermia during surgery and routine insulation care during surgery is not a good way to prevent hypothermia during surgery.
