摘要
利用电磁搅拌技术研究了交变磁场作用下400 MPa级超细晶粒低合金高强钢MAG焊逢组织特征,分析励磁电流、磁场频率对焊逢显微组织的影响。结果表明,电磁搅拌能有效地改变焊缝金属的组织形态,使焊缝金属组织柱状晶转变为等轴晶,有效细化组织。励磁电流以及磁场频率增加,焊缝组织改进效果增大。但励磁电流以及磁场频率增大到一定程度时,电磁搅拌效果变差。
The microstructure characteristic of MAG weld metal of 400MPa ultra-fine grained steel under magnetic field was researched. The effect of exciting current and magnetic field frequency on the microstructure of weld metal was investigated. The experimental results show that the electromagnetical stirring can efficiently improve the microstructure morphology of weld metal, resulting in the appearance of fine equiaxed grains rather than coarse columnar crystals. Improvement ofmicrostructure of weld metal gets obvious with the increase in exciting current and magnetic field frequency. However, the effect of electromagnetic stirring becomes weakend when exciting current and magnetic field fi'equency increase to a certain extent.
