微创经皮钢板技术治疗胫骨复杂骨折的临床研究 被引量：11

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮接骨板技术（minimally invasive percutaneousplate osteosynthesis,MIPPO）治疗胫骨复杂骨折的疗效。方法自2011年3月至2013年12月,陕西省安康市中心医院对32例患者小腿高能量损伤致胫骨粉碎骨折均采用锁定加压钢板（locking compression plate,LCP）结合MIIPO技术治疗,其疗效及关节功能按Johner-Wruhs方法评价。结果 32例患者全部获得随访,均达到骨性愈合,平均愈合时间4.8个月（3-12个月）,1例术后伤口感染,经换药后愈合。结论高能量损伤所致胫骨复杂骨折采用微创经皮锁定钢板固定能够取得良好的疗效。
