摘要
通过井架设计实践,分析了矿山钢井架布置和选型,对井架荷载计算及组合的方法进行了研究,并结合工程实例,采用SAP2000有限元分析软件对钢井架结构设计进行了阐述,同时提出了钢井架的防腐方法,为矿山立井钢井架设计积累了经验。
Through the derrick design practice,this paper analyzed the arrangement and type selection of steel derrick,researched the derrick load measurement and composition method,and combining with the project example,using the SAP2000 finite element analysis software,elaborated the steel derrick structure design,at the same time put forward the corrosion protection method of steel derrick,accumulated experience for mine shaft steel derrick design.
