摘要
介绍了一种新型短圆柱型磨矿介质(简称钢段),针对云南某胶磷矿,对短圆柱型磨矿介质和钢球介质磨矿效果进行了对比。通过实验室研究和工业试验应用后,试验数据表明,对该矿使用短圆柱型磨矿介质磨矿后,磨矿产品粒度更均匀,-74+25μm易选级别含量高,工业试验结果表明后,钢耗减少约10.78%,噪音降低,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Introduced a new type of short cylindrical grinding medium in this paper, and study on a short cylindrical medium and steel ball grinding medium of grinding process of collophane in Yunnan. Then, carry out the laboratory research and industrial test, the test data show that ore granularity is more uniform after using short cylindrical grinding medium, and the content of -74+25 μm is high level. The noise and steel consumption is reduced after industrial test, achieving the purpose of energy saving and consumption reducing.
