湖北稻瘟病病菌种群鉴定与分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用国际水稻研究所(IRRI)30个单基因系品种和中国7个鉴别品种对湖北195个稻瘟病(Magnaporthe oryzae)菌株进行致病型检测。以单基因系品种抗谱为参数,采用非加权组平均法(UPGMA)进行聚类分析。结果表明,在相似系数0.79水平下参试菌株被划分为18个致病型菌群;Pi-9(t)(mv21)和Pi-z5(mv09)的抗谱分别为83.6%和71.8%,在湖北水稻生产中具有较好的应用前景;根据中国7个鉴别品种进行传统病菌种群划分,参试菌株被划分为7个菌群27个生理小种,其中ZE01和ZB15在本区域属优势小种,其次为ZG01和ZC15。 195 Magnaporthe grisea isolates collecting from rice-cropping districts of Hubei province were tested for their pathogenicity against 30 rice monogenic lines (MLs) of IRRI and 7 Chinese differential varieties (DVs).Based on MLs resistance spectrum,the unweighted pair group method was used with arithmetic mean (UPGMA) clustering analysis.The results showed that the isolates were divided into 18 pathogenic groups at level of coefficient 0.79.The resistance spectrum of Pi-9(t) (mv21) and Pi-z5(mv09) were 83.6% and 71.8%,respectively.There will be good prospects in the rice production in Hubei province.According to 7 Chinese DVs,the isolates were divided into 7 pathogenic groups and 27 physiological races.ZE01 and ZB15 were dominant races in the region,followed by ZG 01and ZC15.
