摘要
目的分析并总结白内障合并糖尿病病人的围手术期护理方法。方法给予50例（59眼）白内障合并糖尿病患者白内障囊外摘除/超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,并给予健康教育、心理护理、监控血糖、术前准备、术后护理、出院指导等一系列综合护理措施。结果 50例（59眼）均顺利完成手术,术后切口均一期愈合,无感染及并发症的发生。术后视力明显得到改善,术后视力≥1.0者21眼,0.8-0.9者18眼,0.5-0.7者15眼,0.1-0.4者5眼。50例患者均康复出院,住院时间为（5.5±1.8）d,术前空腹血糖经控制均〈8 mmol/L;患者对护理满意度为98.0%。结论加强白内障合并糖尿病病人的围手术期护理,普及糖尿病和白内障的相关知识,合理控制血糖,积极防治并发症,严格观察病情变化可以有效改善患者的治疗效果,改善患者就诊体验,提升患者满意度。
Objective analysis and peri operation period nursing methods of cataract patients with diabetes. Methods 50 cases （59 eyes） of cataract and diabetic cataract extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in treatment, and health education, psychological nursing, monitoring of blood sugar, preoperative preparation, postoperative nurs- ing, discharge guidance and a series of comprehensive nursing measures. Results 50 cases （59 eyes） were successfully completed the operation, all the incisions healed well, no infection and complications. Postoperative visual acuity was improved, postoperative visual acuity ≥ 1 in 21 eyes, 0.8-0.9 in 18 eyes, 0.5-0.7 in 15 eyes, 0.1-0.4 in 5 eyes. All the 50 patients were discharged from the hospital, hospitalization time was （5.5±1.8） days, the preoperative fasting blood sugar control 〈 8 mmol/L; patient care and satisfaction for 98%. Conclusion To strengthen peri operation period nursing of cataract patients with diabetes related knowledge popularization, diabetes and cataract, reasonable control of blood glucose, active prevention of complications, strictly observe the condition changes can effectively improve the patients of the treatment effect, improve the patient experience, improve patient satisfaction.
