摘要
目的观察复方四维亚铁散治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法将78例缺铁性贫血患儿随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组39例给予口服复方四维亚铁散。对照组39例给予琥珀酸亚铁100mg/片,每日2mg/kg。一个月后复查血常规,评估疗效。结果观察组总有效率为84.62%,显著优于对照组61.54%(P<0.05)。结论复方四维亚铁散治疗小儿缺铁性贫血有效果满意,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To observe the effect of 4 Via Rail Powder for children iron deficiency anemia patients. Methods：78 patients with iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,39 patients were treated with oral iron compound 4 Via scattered in the control group 39 patients given ferrous succinate 100mg / tablet, daily 2mg / kg. After one month the blood routine examination, assessment of efficacy. Resuits ：The total effective rate was 84.62% , significantly better than the control group 61.54% （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound 4 Via Rail Powder for iron deficiency anemia in children with satisfactory results,is worthy of clinical use.
