摘要
地方高校往往既不具备翻译学博士点,也没有翻译硕士,甚至没有翻译相关专业或方向,大多尚未开启真正意义上的翻译人才职业化进程,现有的翻译人才培养模式与本地化行业期待及翻译产业本地化之间仍然存在一定的差距。拟以淮安市为例,结合区域经济发展特点等诸多因素,探讨地方高校翻译人才培养模式的优化方案,以期发挥高校社会服务功能,促进中小城市应用型翻译人才培养。
Colleges run by local government usually have no translation Ph .D programs, either MTI (Master of Translation and Interpreting) or even translation major.The current translation talents training model , which is far from professional, can’t satisfy the requirements of localization of translation industry and other localization industries .This paper, takes Huai’an city as an exam-ple, attempts to explore some strategies for the optimization of the translation talents training model in colleges run by local govern -ment , with a view to make contribution to the training of application -oriented translation talents of small and medium -sized cit-ies.
