摘要
我国实行最严格的耕地保护制度,耕地质量分等是落实耕地质量管理的重要抓手。介绍了章丘市耕地质量分等的主要过程和成果,并利用其中间成果测算耕地年产值标准。根据土地利用系数对正常农业生产区的耕地进行测算,根据结果可划分为6个等级,对位于非正常农业生产条件区的耕地采用理想值法进行测算,为征地补偿提供依据。
The strictest arable land protection system is carried out in our country, the cultivated land grading is the key of cultivated land quality administration. The article instructed the main process and achievement of the cultivated land quality grading of Zhangqiu city, and measured the cultivated land annual output value based on the results. The cultivated land was estimated based on land use coefficient in normal agricultural production region and divided into six regions, used the ideal value method to measure the land annual output value of abnormal agrieuhural production region. The results will provide the basis for land expropriation compensation.
