摘要
目的:探讨抑亢散辅助治疗甲状腺功能亢进症及护理干预的临床效果评价。方法:对自2011年l月-2013年10月期间在我院接收治疗的84例甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,随机分为实验组和对照组各42例。对照组给予心得安、维生素B1等常规护理方法,实验组在予131I治疗后,再给予抑亢散,1袋(4.7g)/次,2次/d,及护理干预方法。结果:治疗组治疗2、4周时症状及体征逐渐减轻,与对照组同期比较,除心悸外,其他症状及体征改善更明显,P<0.01。治疗12周后,治疗组总有效率(96%)优于对照组(84%),P<0.05。护理干预前实验组和对照组患者的得分情况明显高于干预后的得分情况P<0.01。结论:抑亢散能有效控制甲亢症状,减少并发症,预防甲亢危象的发生,达到平稳度过"空白期"的目的,维持和巩固131I的治疗效果,并能提高甲亢的治愈率。护理干预可以增强患者的效能感,还能减轻患者的症状体验,有利于提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yikang San on hyperthyroidism and evaluate effects of nursing intervention. Methods： Clinical data of 84 patients in our hospital were retrospected, all were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 42 cases for each. The control group was treated with propranolol, vitamin BI and routine nursing care, the experimental group was given Yikang San and nursing intervention. Results： In the treatment group, symptoms and signs decreased gradually at 2, 4 weeks. During the same period, the other symptoms and signs except the palpitation improved more obviously, P〈0.01. In 12 weeks of treatment, the total efficacy in the experimental （96%） was better than that （84%） in the cotrol, P 〈 0.05. Scores of patients in two groups before nursing intervention were higher than after, P〈0.01. Conclusion： Yikang San can effectively control the symptoms of hyperthyroidism, reduce complications, prevent crisis of hyperthyroidism, achieve purpose of tiding window period stablely, then consolidate the 131I, and can improve the curative rate of hyperthyroidism. Nursing intervention not only can enhance the patient＇s efficacy, but also reduce the symptoms of patients. It is conducive to improve the quality of life, and is worthy ofpopularation.
