硒与川芎嗪配伍对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的研究硒与川芎嗪配伍对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法将50只大鼠随机分成5组,即假手术组、缺血再灌注组、硒组、川芎嗪组、硒加川芎嗪组。检测血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果缺血再灌注组与假手术组相比,MDA含量明显高于假手术组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px含量明显低于假手术组(P<0.05)。硒组、川芎嗪组、硒加川芎嗪组与缺血再灌注组相比,MDA含量明显低于缺血再灌注组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px含量明显高于缺血再灌注组(P<0.05)。硒加川芎嗪组分别与硒组、川芎嗪组相比,MDA含量低于硒组、川芎嗪组(P<0.05),SOD、GSH-Px含量高于硒组、川芎嗪组(P<0.05)。结论硒与川芎嗪配伍对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。其作用机制与降低血浆MDA、提高SOD、GSH-Px活性,清除自由基有关。 Objective To study the protect effect of selenium and salvia mihiorrhiza mixture on cerebral Ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Fifty rats were randomly divided into five groups, named non-operation group,isehemia reperfusion group( IRI), selenium group, salvia mihiorrhiza group, selenium plus salvia mihiorrhiza group . Detect the content of MDA, SOD and GSH-Px. Results Comparison between the group IRI and non-operation group, the content of MDA in group IRI were significantly higher than non-operation group( P 〈 O. 05 ). the content of SOD, GSH-Px in group IRI were significant- ly lower than non-operation group( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Between the selenium group, salvia miltiorrhiza group, selenium plus salvia miltiorrhiza group and group IRI, The eotent of MDA were significantly lower than group IRI ( P 〈 0.05 ), the con- tent of SOD, GSH-Px were significantly higher than group IRI (P 〈 O. 05 ). Comparison between selenium plus salvia mihiorrhiza group and selenium group, salvia miltiorrhiza group, The eotent of MDA were lower than selenium group and salvia miltiorrhiza group( P 〈 O. 05 ). the content of SOD, GSH-Px were higher than selenium group and salvia mihiorrhiza group (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion selenium and miltiorrhiza mixture can protect cerebral Ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Its main mecha- nism includes enhancing the activity of SOD and GSH-Px, reduce the content of MDA .
