摘要
研究矿物掺合料、钢纤维及试件尺寸对水泥基材料抗压与抗折强度的影响规律.试验结果表明:矿物掺合料提高水泥基材料28 d抗折强度,但降低其早期抗压强度;掺粉煤灰或硅粉对水泥基材料抗压强度影响较小;掺2%钢纤维水泥基材料抗压强度提高30-50 MPa,抗折强度增加1倍以上,28 d抗压强度接近100 MPa,抗折强度达到22-32MPa.将试件尺寸由40 mm×40 mm×160 mm提高到100 mm×100 mm×100 mm,其抗压强度大幅度降低.
Mineral admixtures, steel fiber and specimen size on compressive and flexural strength of the material were studied. The result shows that 28 d flexural strength of cement-based materials with mineral admixture were improved but early compressive strength reduced; and the content of fly ash or silica fume shows little influence on it. Mixed with 2% steel fibers, the compressive strength of cement-based materials were improved by 30 - 50 MPa, flexural strength more than doubled, 28 d compressive strength of cement-based materials closed to 100 MPa, flexural strength were increased to 22 × 32 MPa. The specimen size of 40 mm ×40 mm ×160 mm increased to 100 mm ×100 mm × 100 mm, a significant reduction on comoressive strength values.
