摘要
[目的]观察白细胞介素(IL)-17、干扰素(IFN)-γ及IL-4在人鼻息肉中的表达情况,探讨Th17,Th1及Th2细胞在鼻息肉发病中的意义.[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法观察30例鼻息肉组鼻息肉组织和20例正常对照组下鼻甲黏膜组织中IL-17,IFN-γ及IL-4表达情况.[结果]30例鼻息肉中IL-17,IFN-γ及IL-4阳性表达率分别为72.68%±10.63%,29.54%±9.09%,50.16%±16.37%,与正常对照组5.66%±3.52%,15.51%±6.01%,5.85%±3.10%相比较,IL-17及IL-4在鼻息肉中的表达明显升高(P<0.01),与鼻息肉中嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IFN-γ在鼻息肉中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与鼻息肉中EOS缺乏相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]鼻息肉中IL-17,IL-4表达均增强,而IFN-γ呈低表达,提示鼻息肉中Th17/Th2细胞占优势,Th17,Th1及Th2细胞在鼻息肉发病中起重要作用.
OBJECTIVE To observe the expression of IL-17,IFN-γand IL-4 in nasal polyps to study the effects of Th17,Th1 and Th2 cells in pathogenesis of nasal polyps.METHODS Expression of IL-17,IFN-γand IL-4 in 30 cases of nasal polyps and 20 cases of inferior turbinate mucosa was observed by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS The positive expression rate of IL-17,IFN-γand IL-4 are 72.68% ±10.63%,29.54%±9.09%and50.16%±16.37%in30 cases of nasal polyps and5.66%±3.52%,15.51%±6.01%and5.85%±3.10%in20 cases of inferior turbinate mucosa,respectively.The expression of IL-17 and IL-4 was significantly higher in nasal polyp than in inferior turbinate mucosa(P〈0.01),and it was positive correlation with infiltrated eosinophil(EOS)in nasal polyps(P〈0.05),but the expression of IFN-γhad no significant differences between two groups(P〉0.05)and it was not correlated with infiltrated EOS in nasal polyp(P〉0.05).CONCLUSION High expression of IL-17,IL-4and low expression of IFN-γin nasal polyps suggest that the Th17/Th2 cells predominate in nasal polyps,and the Th17,Th1 and Th2 cells play an important role in pathogenesis of nasal polyps.
