摘要
通过构建企业人力资源获取方式的决策模型,研究表明,阻碍企业参与校企合作的一个重要因素是交易成本。依据Williamson框架,企业参与校企合作的交易成本包括搜寻和信息成本、议价成本、决策成本、监督成本、退出成本、争议解决费用。同时研究表明,企业参与校企合作的交易成本源于企业的有限理性、合作学校的机会主义、合作的不确定性与复杂性、校企合作双方信息不对称、企业资产的专用性和气氛。
By developing an enterprise decision-making model of human resources,the results show that one of important factors hindering enterprises participating in school-enterprise cooperation is the transaction cost.In accordance with Williamson(1985)framework,the composition of the transaction cost of enterprises participating in cooperation is analyzed in details,including search and information cost,bargaining cost,cost of decision,supervision cost,exit cost and the cost of dispute settlement.The analysis also indicates that the transaction cost of enterprises participating in cooperation stems from the enterprise's limited rationality,partner' s opportunism,uncertainty and complexity in cooperation,asymmetric information,assets specificity and atmosphere.
