摘要
以DPSIR模型为基础构建唐山市海洋资源可持续利用的评价指标体系,运用客观赋权法和主观赋权法综合评定驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应的权重,从驱动力、压力、状态、影响和响应五个方面研究了唐山市海洋资源可持续利用的发展状况及问题,发现响应层对其影响最大。评价结果显示,2007—2011年唐山市的海洋资源可持续利用综合值不断下降,只有2011年有所回升,且综合值大于2007—2010年的值。
Unreasonable marine development and marine resource depletion have a serious impact on the sustainable utilization of marine resources. In this paper, we base ourselves on the DPSIR model to construct the evaluation index system for the sustainable utilization of marine resources of Tangshan City. Using the objective and subjective weighting methods, the paper evaluates the weights of driving force, pressure, state, impact and response, from the perspective of which, studies the development state of and problems in the sustainable utilization of marine resources in the Tangshan City, and finds the response has the greatest impact. Between 2007 and 2011 the comprehensive value of sustainable utilization of marine resources decreased constantly, except in 2011 when it some what picked up, being greater than the value from 2007 to 2010.
