摘要
针对层状复合管道经典半解析有限元(SAFE)模型无法直接区分纵向模态导波和扭转模态导波的问题,在SAFE基本原理基础上结合纵向模态导波和扭转模态导波的力学特性,分别建立纵向模态导波和扭转模态导波的SAFE模型.该模型实现了纵向模态导波和扭转模态导波的单独计算,避免了复杂的导波模态区分过程,减少了SAFE模型的计算工作量,提高了计算效率.通过与基于全局矩阵法原理的PCdisp软件的计算结果比较,证明该SAFE模型具有良好的计算精度.利用所建的SAFE模型计算了环氧树脂钢管中纵向模态导波和扭转模态导波的传播特性.
The traditional semi-analytical finite element(SAFE)models can not distinguish between longitudinal waves and torsional waves.The SAFE models of longitudinal waves and torsional waves were independently established based on basic SAFE principle combined with mechanical properties of longitudinal waves and torsional waves.The SAFE models respectively calculated longitudinal waves and torsional waves,avoided complex mode differentiation,reduced the computational complexity and improved the efficiency.The results of SAFE models were compared with PCdisp which is based on global matrix method to examine the accuracy of SAFE models.The examples of longitudinal waves and torsional waves propagating in epoxy-Fe-epoxy composite pipe were analyzed.
