摘要
依据《空气质量硫化氢、甲硫醇、甲硫醚和二甲二硫的测定气相色谱法》(GB/T14678—93),建立了一种适合于沼气中高浓度硫化氢(H2S)检测的分析方法,以达到测定快速、简便、准确、污染小的目的。实验将进样方式由定量阀进样改为注射器直接进样,并通过对实验数据及色谱图的分析,确定了检测器及色谱柱的种类,彻底克服了不饱和烃类对沼气中硫化氢检测的干扰,从根本上解决了猝灭问题。与传统分析方法相比,此方法在提高实验效率、降低检测成本的同时也减少了有害气体的排放,测定结果重复性好、精密度高、定量分析准确可靠,具有较好的实用性。
According to the Air Quality-Determination of Sulfuretted Hydrogen, Methyl Sulfhydryl, Dimethyl Sulfide and Dimethyl Disulfide-Gas Chromatography, a determination method for high concentration hydrogen sulfide (H2S) was established to achieve fast, simple and accurate determination with low pollution. The injection mode was changed from quantitative valve to injector. The types of detectors and chromatographic columns were determined by analyzing the experimental data and chromatogram. The interference of the unsaturated hydrocarbons to determination of hydrogen sulfide in biogas was over-come, and the quenching problem was solved. Compared with the traditional methods, this method can improve the test efficiency, reduce testing costs and harmful gas emissions. The advantages of this method are high reproducibility, high precision, accurate and reliable quantitative analysis and high usability.
