摘要
目的探讨早期康复护理干预对急性脑梗死患者的影响。方法选取本院收治的100例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。对照组在入院第7天时接受康复护理干预,治疗组在入院24 h内接受康复护理干预,比较两组的总有效率及神经功能评分。结果治疗组的总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗第14天和第28天的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理干预对急性脑梗死患者效果显著,能够明显恢复神经功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into the treat- ment group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention after admission 7 days,the treatment group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention within 24 hours of admission. The total effective rate and nerve function score of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.00%,which was higher than 70.00% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The nerve function score of the treatment group after nursing 14 days and 28 days was lower than that of the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral infarction was significant,which can obviously restore nerve function,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
