摘要
我国两系法杂交水稻理论与技术体系研究已取得重大突破,进入大规模生产应用实践阶段。本文综述了水稻光温敏核不育系的类型、育性转换特性,以及近五年来对其不育基因的定位克隆和育性调控机理研究方面的新进展,并对研究中存在的问题进行了讨论。
The two-line hybrid rice system has gotten a tremendous progress in China, with large-scale crop breeding pro- grams and production applicated. In this paper, major types and characteristics of fertility transformation of photoperiod-ther- mo-sensitive genic male sterile rice are reviewed, presenting an overview of research progress on the gene mapping, cloning and molecular mechanism of the photoperiod-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile rice in the past five years.
