摘要
针对某石化公司1.4 Mt/a催化裂化装置两器(反应器、再生器)密度测量的方法,探讨了两器密度科学的测量方式。指出了装置原设计和装置改造造成两器密度单位不统一的问题。通过计算提出了在DCS上改变测量范围的方案。
For density measurement in reactor and regenerator of the 1.4 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit of DaqingPetrochemical Company,a more advanced density measurement method for reactor and regenerator is proposed. Theproblem of different unit system caused by the original plant design and plant revamping is revealed. Scheme of changedmeasuring range on DCS is put forward by calculation.
