摘要
FCC汽油中的硫化物与烯烃进行催化烷基化反应,并通过精馏将硫富集在重馏分中。在直径为200 mm的催化精馏反应塔上,分别采用长方形精馏元件和圆柱状不锈钢丝网捆包式的催化精馏元件装填在反应段,进行了FCC汽油催化精馏烷基化硫转移中试,结果表明:采用树脂催化剂,常压、连续操作,在同一反应段中,圆柱形不锈钢捆包式催化精馏元件比长方形催化精馏元件装填的催化剂量大,反应段装填圆柱形不锈钢捆包式催化精馏元件时,质量空速为0.56 h^-1,回流比(质量)为1.5∶1.0-1.0∶1.5,轻汽油馏分的切割点可以达到108.1℃,塔顶轻汽油的硫质量分数在9.09-15.3μg/g,塔顶轻汽油中噻吩硫的转移率可以达到87.78%。
The sulfur-containing compounds in FCC gasoline can be removed by alkylation with olefins and then enriched in the heavy fraction by distillation. Pilot plant tests of FCC gasoline alkylation sulfur transfer by catalytic distillation have been conducted in the distillation tower of 200 mm diameter with rectangle and cylindrical stainless steel bale loaded in reaction section of the tower. The results show that,with resin catalysts and under atmospheric pressure continuous operation,more catalysts with cylindrical stainless steel bale rectification element are loaded than those with rectangle rectification element in the same reaction section.When the cylindroid stainless steel bale rectification element is loaded in the reaction section,the mass space velocity is 0. 56 h^- 1 and the mass reflux ratio is in the range of 1. 5∶ 1. 0 - 1. 0∶ 1. 5,the cutting point of light gasoline at the top of the tower could be 108. 1 ℃,the sulfur content in the overhead gasoline is in the range of 9. 09 - 15. 3 ppm and the sulfur transfer rate of overhead light gasoline can be as high as 87. 78%.
