摘要
目的观察评价SEMINAR教学法在临床普外科教学中的应用实施方法和效果。方法将46名至普外科实习五年制本科生分为传统组与实验组各23组,前者给予传统讲学模式,后者应用Seminar模式,对比考核结果 ,并开始Seminar模式评价。结果教学后,传统组与实验组CTDI-CV评分高于教学前,实验组(329±35)分高于传统组(308±31)分,实验组理论、操作考核分分别为(84±13)分、(88±10)分高于传统组(73±18)分、(78±13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Seminar教学学生多倾向于正面。结论 SEMINAR教学法在临床普外科教学中比传统教学法的优势,而且能加强学员之间的沟通和合作能力。
Objective To observe implementation method and effect evaluation of SEMINAR teaching method in clinical teaching in Department of general surgery. Methods 46 students were divided into traditional group and experimental group, the former for traditional lecturing model, the latter for Seminar model. Results After teaching, the traditional CTDI-CV group and experimental group score were higher than before the teaching, the experimental group (329±35) was higher than the traditional group (308 ±31), the experimental group theory and skills examination hours respectively (84±13), (88 ±10) were higher than traditional group (73 ±18), (78 ±13), with significant difference (P〈0.05). Conclusion The Seminar teaching method of traditional teaching method in clinical teaching in Department of general surgery has its adventages.
