摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜在妇女宫内节育器取出失败案例中的应用。方法对本院2012年2月至2014年5月共42例常规取节育器失败者进行宫腔镜检查,了解宫内节育器的位置、形状、嵌顿情况及宫内有无病变,并由宫腔镜操作孔插入微型异物钳,将宫内节育器取出。结果 42例受术者的宫内节育器均被顺利取出,无一例子宫穿孔、脏器损伤、出血、感染等并发症发生。结论将宫腔镜应用于常规方法取环失败的案例中,是一种安全、可靠、简单易行且患者痛苦小的手术方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of hysteroscopy in the convention recipe ring failure.Methods Forty-two patients admitted in Fuyang people＇s hospital from February 2012 to May 2014 who failed in removing intrauterine contraceptive device were re-checked by hysteroscopy.The shape and position of the intrauterine contraceptive devices clearly detected by hysteroscopy,and micro foreign body forceps was facilitated to remove the intrauterine contraceptive device.Results The intrauterine contraceptive devices in 42 cases were all removed successfully and no uterine perforation,organ injury,uterine blooding,infections or other complications occurred.Conclusion The application of hysteroscopy is a safe,reliable and simple method for convention remove ring failure and worthy to be promoted.
