摘要
目的探索护理"双师素质"教师胜任力、内部结构及权重,构建胜任力模型。方法采用行为事件访谈法等确定教师胜任力,通过探索性因子分析对提炼的胜任力归类,建立胜任力模型结构,用验证性因子分析检验模型结构,再运用层次分析法确立各级指标的权重。结果所构建的护理"双师素质"教师胜任力模型由教育教学能力、专业实践能力、职业基本素养、人格基本特征、科学研究能力、公共管理能力6个维度40个条目组成,问卷Cronbach′sα为0.80,总方差累积贡献率78.01%;专家积极性95.70%~100%,专家权威程度Cr值为0.828;专家协调性W值0.20~0.60,P〈0.05。结论护理"双师素质"教师胜任力模型可为教师的聘用、培养、考核及晋升提供重要依据,从而提高护理"双师素质"教师工作的科学化、专业化、制度化水平。
Objective To explore the details of competency,internal structure,and weights to build a competency model for doublequalified nursing teachers.Methods Behavioral event interview was employed to determine the competencies of double-qualified nursing teachers,and exploratory factor analysis was used to identify the underlying factor structure of the competency.Confirmatory factor analysis was the next step after exploratory factor analysis to determine the factor structure of the dataset.At last,weights of the indicators were determined with analytic hierarchy process.Results The competency model for double-qualified nursing teachers included 40 items and 6dimensions of teaching ability,professional practice,professional quality,personality,research ability,and public management.The Cronbach alpha was 0.80 and the total cumulative variance explained was 78.01%.The response rates of questionnaire ranged from 95.70%to 100%,the expert authority was 0.828,and the Kendall coefficient W values were between 0.20 and 0.60,P0.05.Conclusion The competency model for double-qualified nursing teachers can be used for employment,training,evaluation,and promotion of nursing teachers,so as to improve scientific,professional,and institutionalized level of work of these teachers.
