摘要
以2-羟基-1-萘甲醛和D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐为原料,设计合成了一种新型的葡萄糖衍生物,其结构得到了1H NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析的确认。实验结果表明,该化合物在水溶液中对Al3+表现出高选择性和高灵敏度的荧光特性。
A new glucose derivative was designed and synthesized by 2 - Hydroxy - 1 - naphthaldehyde and D - Glucosamine hydrochloride. The structure was fully characterized by 1 H NMR, ESI - MS and elemental analyses. Experimental results showed that the compounds exhibited a high selectivity for Al^3+ and high sensitivity fluorescence response in water.
