摘要
针对变厚板(VRB)的板厚与材料力学性能非均一性,提出了分区离散法对变厚板的冲压成形过程进行数值模拟的方法,分析材料性能、板料厚度的离散精度对冲压成形仿真模拟的精度影响,提出了离散精度设置方法,并采用变厚板圆筒拉深试验件进行对比,研究结果表明,采用该文提出的变厚板分区离散法对变厚板冲压成形过程的模拟很有效。
The variable thickness parts have shown their advantage for auto lightweight purposes. According to the difficulties indescribing the non-uniform characteristic of VRB, a partition discrete method for simulation of the VRB stamping process is pro-posed in this paper, the influence of the discrete precision of material performance and sheet thickness is discussed, and the set-method of the discrete precision is proposed according to different research purposes. Finally, the cylinder deep drawing test withVRB is used to verify the accuracy of the partition discrete method. The result shows the proposed method could effectively pre-dict the stamping process of VRB.
