摘要
利用自行设计的烤燃试验装置,以熔铸RHT-1和浇注GHL-1 2种典型炸药为研究对象,试验研究了厚壳体强约束下2种炸药慢速烤燃和火烧时的反应特性,并将试验结果与薄壳体和相关战斗部的烤燃结果进行了对比。研究表明:在所研究的厚壳体强约束情况下,浇注炸药火烧时的安全性显著优于熔铸炸药,而其慢速烤燃时的安全性略高于熔铸炸药;熔铸装药战斗部可以通过换装浇注炸药提高其安全性。
The slow cook-off and fast cook-off tests for melt-cast explosive RHT-1 and cast-cured explosive GHL-1 were carried out by using the thick shell and strong constraint apparatus designed by ourselves,and the test results were compared with those of thin shell and related warheads. In the case of the study,it shows that the reaction type of cast-cured explosive on the fast cook-off test is obviously lower than that of melt-cast explosive,and its safety under slow cook-off test is a little higher than that of melt-cast explosive.The security of warhead packing melt-cast explosive can be improved by being replaced with cast-cured explosive.
