摘要
本文评价了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定复合蛋白饮料中钠含量的不确定度。建立ICP-AES测定饮料中钠含量的数学模型,对不确定度来源分析和计算,对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,得到钠含量的不确定度。结果表明:测量重复性和标准曲线拟合线性方程引起的不确定度是不确定度的主要来源,复合蛋白饮料中钠含量可表示为(57±1)mg/100 mL(k=2)。
Uncertainty for determination of sodium in compound protein beverage by ICPAES with microwave digestion was evaluated. A mathematic model was established by analyzing the uncertainty sources from different parts. The uncertainty of sodium content was calculated by synthesis and extension of each uncertainty component. The results show that the fitted linear equation for the standard curve and the measurement repeatability is the main source of uncertainties. The sodium content in compound protein beverage is determined to be (57 ± 1) mg/100 mL (k = 2).
