The nursing satisfaction rate of individual continuing nursing group was 98.85%, while only 82.76% in conventional group, with statistical significance. Conclusion The life quality of patients with hypertension could be significantly improved by means of individual continuing nursing care, and their blood pressure is effectively controlled.
