摘要
提升研究生科研创新能力是现阶段我国高校研究生教育与培养亟需探讨的重要课题。科研平台是科研活动有效载体和创新基地,科研平台中各类软、硬件科研资源充分结合、多学科交叉协作、研究人员集聚形成科研团队,这些优势为激发研究生科研创新力提供了支持。依托科研平台建设提升研究生科研创新能力可考虑:结合科研平台进行导师团队建设、在平台中引入竞争机制、强化科研平台的"产学研"相结合作用、加强外部交流建设开放式平台等。
To improve graduate student scientific research innovation ability is an important urgent subject for our colleges at the present stage. Research platform is the effective carrier of scientific research work and innovation activity. Based on research platform, many kinds of software and hardware have been combined, different disciplines were intersected and collaborated, and research teams played agglomeration effects. These advantages provided supports for stimulation of arousing the graduate student＇s innovation ability. To promote graduate student research innovation ability can be achieved by combining the research platform to establish the tutorial team, introducing competition mechanism in the platform and strengthen external communication in an opening platform, etc.
