摘要
目的:观察清热解毒汤保留灌肠治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:将108例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组(灌肠组)与对照组(综合治疗组),治疗组56例,对照组52例。2组均予补液、补充电解质、维生素及降温等综合治疗,治疗组加清热解毒汤保留灌肠,3d为1个疗程,治疗后进行临床疗效评定。结果:治疗组小儿体温正常时间、正常进食时间、咽部破溃愈合时间及疗程较对照组明显缩短,经统计学处理有显著性差异;2组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组,2者比较有统计学差异。结论:清热解毒汤保留灌肠治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,能快速降低体温、缓解咽痛、促进咽部破溃愈合、缩短疗程,临床疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the effect of retention enema in treating infantile herpangina Qingre Jiedu decoction.Methods： 108 cases of herpangina in children were randomly divided into treatment group（enema group） and control group（combined treatment group）, 56 cases in the treatment group, 52 cases in the control group. The 2 groups were given rehydration, electrolyte supplement, vitamin and cooling and other omprehensive treatment, the treatment group plus Qingre Jiedu Decoction retention enema, 3d for 1 courses. Evaluation the clinical curative effect after treatment. Results： The treatment group＇temperature was normol, normal eating time, pharyngeal ulceration healing time the course of the treatment were shorten than the contro group, there was significant difference statistically（P0.05）, so was the efficacy.（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qingrejiedu Decoction retention enema have a good efficacy in treating infantile herpangina by quickly reducing the body temperature, relieving sore throat, promoting the pharyngeal ulceration healing, shorting the course of treatment, so that the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
