摘要
目的观察芪连扶正胶囊配合吉西他滨联合顺铂(GP方案)化疗对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)晚期患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法选取NSCLC晚期患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例。观察组采用芪连扶正胶囊联合GP化疗治疗,对照组仅给予GP方案化疗,观察2组治疗前后KPS评分、体质量变化,采用流式细胞术检测法检测2组T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)变化,并通过蛋白芯片技术检测法观察治疗前后肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125变化。结果观察组治疗2个周期后生活质量卡氏评分、体质量改善均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组治疗后机体免疫功能较对照组明显提高,肿瘤标志物各项指标较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论芪连扶正胶囊联合GP方案化疗可有效改善NSCLC患者临床症状,提高营养状态及免疫功能,具有增效减毒作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Qilian Fuzheng capsule in combined with gemcitabine and cisplatin（ GP） on the living quality and immunological function of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC）. Methods A total of 64 advanced NSCLC patients admitted in our hospital were included in our study and randomized into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated by the Qilian Fuzheng capsule in combined with GP chemotherapy; however,the patients in the control group were only given GP chemotherapy. The KPS score and body weight change before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. The flow cytometry was used to detect the change of T lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cells in the two groups. The protein chip technology was adopted to observe the change of CEA and CA125 before and after treatment. Results The KPS score and body weight improvement after two-week treatment in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The body immune function after treatment in the observation group was significantly enhanced when compared with the control group,and the levels of various indicators of the tumor markers were significantly reduced as compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Qilian Fuzheng capsule in combined with GP can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of NSCLC patients,enhance the nutritional status and immunological function,and possess an effect- enhancing and toxicity-reducing action,thus,it plays an active role in treating advanced NSCLC patients.
