摘要
目的探讨在超声检查中应用BI-RADS分级诊断标准诊断乳腺肿瘤的价值,以期提高超声诊断乳腺肿瘤的水平。方法对BI-RADS分级在3~5级共161例患者,190个乳腺肿瘤病灶为研究对象进行分析。结果二维超声BI-RADS分级诊断标准与病理结果比较,诊断的准确度84.2%,敏感度89.5%,特异度80.7%。结论 BI-RADS分级诊断标准能够统一、规范、准确可靠地指导超声工作者进行乳腺超声检查。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography on diagnosis of breast lesions in application of BI- RADSlexicon. Methods One hundred sixty- one patients（ 188 breast lesions） with BI- RADS grade 3- 5 were evaluated.Results By BI- RADS lexicon,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were 84. 2%,89. 5% and 80. 7%,respectively.Conclusion BI- RADS lexicon can guide the ultrasonic doctor to examine breast lesions more accurate and reliable.
