摘要心力衰竭（CHF）是一种复杂临床症候群,是心血管疾病的终末期表现和最主要的死因。目前,尽管心力衰竭治疗有很大进展,但心力衰竭患者的死亡数仍在不断增加。故在临床实践中,对心力衰竭尤其是急性心力衰竭的早期明确诊断很重要,但基于症状和体征的诊断心力衰竭,临床有一定的局限性,且造成了漏诊、误诊,
