黄体中期降调节后睾酮水平在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中的意义
摘要
随着体外受精(IVF)技术的成熟及广泛使用,降低控制性超促排卵中促性腺激素(Gn)的用量、获得更多的成熟卵泡及更多的优质胚胎是大家追求的目的。如何有效预测卵巢的反应性,更好地指导促排卵的Gn用量是大家一直探讨的话题。曾有学者认为血清睾酮(T)水平与年龄、卵泡刺激素/黄体生成素(FSH/LH)比值以及超促排卵取卵数等卵巢储备评估指标有关联[1],
