Ki-67在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与预后关系的回顾性分析 被引量：6

摘要 肺癌是目前全世界发病率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,也是发病率最高的男性肿瘤,每年新发病例数约100万,占癌症发病总数的12%,5年生存率仅为8%~15%[1]。肺癌的发生、发展是一个多基因调控及多因素参与的复杂过程,包括原癌基因的激活和抑癌基因的失活。
