摘要
针对摇臂向大功率发展的现状,建立了摇臂齿轮温度场的数学模型,确定了各边界条件。借助Solid Edge和ANSYS软件,对摇臂齿轮稳态温度场进行了有限元分析,得到其温度场和热流密度的彩色云图。并对彩色云图经行了具体的分析,对优化摇臂齿轮设计和冷却系统的优化有一定的指导意义。
For rocker transmission to high-power development status, this paper firstly establish the mathematical model of temperature field for rocker's gear, determined all boundary conditions, then it analyze rocker's gear steady temperature field by using Solid edge, ANSYS software, virtual prototype technology and FEM, get temperature field's and heat flux's color image of rocker's gear And make concrete analysis on the color figs. It will have certain directive significance to optimize rocker's gear design.
