摘要
公安文化软实力与文化软实力、公安文化硬实力、公安文化等范畴相关但不相同,厘清四者关系有助于加深对公安文化软实力的本体认识。建设公安文化软实力以巩固公安核心价值观、服务公安中心工作、培育公安人才队伍、提升公安民警能力素养、构建和合公安关系为目标。必须坚持政治为先的建设方向、文化制胜的建设战略、服务大局的建设品格、兼容并蓄的建设道路、,改革创新的建设动力。
There is a difference between the soft strength of public security culture, cultural soft strength,hard strength of public security culture and public security, although all of them belong to cultural category which is the same. So, their relations must be distinguished to know the ontology of the soft strength of public security culture basically. To construct the soft strength of public security culture, the purposes for consolidating the public security values at the core, for servicing the main practice of public security, for educating and training the qualified personnel of public security, for raising the accomplishment of police,and for setting up the harmonious relations of public security.
