摘要
采用"水解酸化+SBR"工艺对某企业屠宰过程中产生的废水进行处理。运行结果表明:当废水进水COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、动植物油浓度分别为1 350mg/L、720 mg/L、780 mg/L、55 mg/L、150 mg/L时,出水浓度分别为55 mg/L、15 mg/L、25 mg/L、10 mg/L,8 mg/L,去除率分别达到95.9%、97.9%、96.8%、81.8%、94.7%,出水水质达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13457-92)一级排放标准要求。
The "hydrolytic acidification + SBR" process is used in processing slaughter wastewater. The results showed that when the wastewater influent COD, BOD5, SS, NH3- N, the animal and vegetable oils concentra- tions were 1350 mg/L, 720 mg/L, 780mg/L, 55 mg/L, 150 mg/L respectively. The effluent concentrations were 55 mg/L, 15 mg/L, 25 mg/L, 10 mg/L, 8 mg/L, and the removal rate reached 95.9% , 97.9% , 96. 8% , 81.8% , 94.7%. The effluent quality meets Grade 1 emission standard of "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Meat Packing Industry"(GB 13457-92).
