逆王水消解-原子荧光法测定乳及乳制品中汞 被引量:4

摘要 建立一种有效、简便的原子荧光法测定乳及乳制品中汞含量的方法。采用逆王水-热水浴消解乳及乳制品样品,用原子荧光法进行汞质量分数测定。结果表明:测定范围在0~10μg/L有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995,最低检出限0.013μg/L;精密度实验2份不同质量分数样品的RSD分别为3.08﹪和3.35﹪;不同浓度的汞标准回收率实验在95.5﹪~105.5﹪之间。该法的准确度、精密度、检出限能满足乳及乳制品中汞定量分析要求,是一种快速、简便、准确可靠的乳及乳制品中汞检测方法,还可胜任大批量样品的检测工作。 To offer a time-saving and simple and reliable analysis method for investigation of the mercury in the milk and dairy products by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry(AFS).Applying digestion by Inverse aqua regia in the hot water bath coupled with atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine the mercury in milk and dairy products. The good linearity range from 0~10 ng/mL,r= 0. 9995;The detective limits 0.013 ng/mL;The RSD of two milk and dairy products samples was 3.08 % and 3.35 %;The recovery rate was 95.5%~105.5%.The method was considered to be a simple, quick and reliable for measuring large amount of the milk and dairy products samples.
