摘要
新时代的企业家精神应符合时代发展的要求,不仅包含创新、冒风险、主动竞争的姿态,还应包含合作意识、济世精神。通过对587位企业家进行问卷调查,证实企业家精神的五个维度对企业社会责任有显著正向影响。变革型领导风格作为调节变量并不会强化企业家精神对企业社会责任的正向影响,可能是企业家对内的变革型领导风格与对内、外的企业社会责任表现不匹配所致。除创新维度外,交易型领导风格作为调节变量将弱化企业家精神其他维度对企业社会责任的正向影响。因此,在履行社会责任方面,交易型领导不应该被提倡。
The entrepreneurship of the new age should accord with the requirement of times develop- ment, it contains not only innovation, risk attitude, active competition, but also cooperation consciousness, saving society＇s spirit. By 587 effective questionnaires from entrepreneurs, analysis confh-ms that five di- mensions of entrepreneurship have significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility. The research hypothesis of transformational leadership style as a moderator variable to strengthen entrepreneurship＇s influ- ence on corporate social responsibility is overthrown, the reason is that entrepreneurs＇ inner transformational leadership style does not match with internal and external corporate social responsibility performance. The research hypothesis of transactional leadership style as a moderator variable will weaken the positive influ- ence of entrepreneurship＇s each dimension on corporate social responsibility except innovation. In the per- formance of corporate social responsibilities, transactional leadership should not be advocated.
