摘要 胰腺癌恶性程度高、进展快、预后差,在我国位居肿瘤死亡率的第6位。为了研究胰腺癌的发生、发展机制,目前已建立了多种胰腺癌动物模型。本文就胰腺癌动物模型的制备方法、实验用途、临床相关性、局限性作一综述。 Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant disease with rapid progress and poor prognosis,and is the sixth leading cause of cancer death in China. A variety of animal models of pancreatic cancer have been developed,which provide useful tools for studying the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer. In this review,we provide a brief description of the animal models of pancreatic cancer currently available,including preparative method,experimental use,clinical relevance and limitation.
