摘要
为科学用药防治灰飞虱提供理论依据,采用雾滴采集装置和水敏纸采集农药雾滴,通过Deposit Scan软件分析雾滴覆盖率和雾滴密度,并以示踪剂估测农药沉积量,从而分析两种喷雾方式下农药雾滴在小麦基部2个位点上的沉积分布与对灰飞虱防效的关系。结果表明,弥雾机下倾喷雾获得的雾滴覆盖率频次分布多倾向于高值区间,平均雾滴覆盖率分别为2.52%和0.48%,与弥雾机飘移喷雾下的雾滴覆盖率相比,差异分别达到显著和不显著水平;从雾滴密度来看,两种喷雾方式之间无显著差异。沉积量的结果表明,弥雾机下倾喷雾获得的沉积量均大于弥雾飘移方式下获得的沉积剂量,平均沉积剂量分别为0.427和0.422 mg·m-2,均显著高于弥雾飘移方式下获得的沉积量。由于较高的雾滴覆盖率和沉积量,使得弥雾下倾喷雾田间防治灰飞虱的效果要显著高于弥雾飘移喷雾下的防效,且在药后5 d达到防效最高值86.10%。
To provide the theoretic basis for the scientific application of pesticides controlling the small brown planthopper( SBPH),Laodelphax striatellus( Fallén),droplets coverage and density of pesticide were assayed with Deposit Scan software after pesticide collected with the relevant collection device and water-sensitive paper. Meanwhile,the tracer material was also used to estimate the amounts of pesticide deposition. Then the relationship between the pesticide droplets deposition distribution of 2 collection sites in the wheat base under two kinds of spray methods and control efficiency of SBPH was illustrated. The results showed that frequency distribution of droplets coverage under tilting spray with a mist sprayer( TSMS) tended to high-value range and the average values of 2 collection sites were 2. 52 % and 0. 48 %,respectively. Compared with the droplets coverage under drifting spray with a mist sprayer( DSMS),the average values of 2 collection sites showed significant and non-significant differences respectively. Between the two spray methods,no significant effects of droplets density were observed. Results of pesticide deposition experiment indicate that the amounts of pesticide deposition under TSMS were more than that under DSMS and the amounts made statistically significant differences. The mean amounts of 2 collection sites under TSMS were 0. 427 mg·m-2and 0. 422 mg·m-2respectively. Because of larger droplets coverage and pesticide deposition,the control efficacy of SBPH under TSMS was better than that under DSMS and the best control efficacy was up to 86. 10 % after 5 days of spraying pesticides in wheat field.
