摘要
目的 探讨中心动脉压与外周动脉血压的关系及其与尿微量白蛋白的相关性.方法 选取2013年12月至2014年7月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院心内科行冠脉造影的患者304例,术中测量患者的中心动脉压和外周肱动脉压.分为4组:无冠心病组(正常组)、单纯冠心病组、单纯高血压组和冠心病合并高血压组,比较几组间的收缩压、舒张压,并分析两者和尿微量白蛋白的关系.结果 总体比较,外周动脉收缩压高于中心动脉收缩压,差异有统计学意义(t=3.235,P=0.001);外周动脉舒张压与中心动脉舒张压未见统计学差异(t=2.091,P=0.037).这种差别在维汉两族及不同疾病组间未见统计学差异(P>0.05);四组内两族间未见统计学差异(P>0.05).四组中以冠心病合并高血压组尿微量白蛋白值最高,差异有统计学意义(F=4.304,P=0.005),单一疾病和正常组内未见统计学差异,且在维汉两族间未见统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 外周动脉收缩压高于中心动脉收缩压.尿微量白蛋白在合并两种疾病组中差异有统计学意义,但均与种族无关,可能与疾病种类有关.
Objective To investigate the relationship between central aortic pressure and peripheral arterial blood pressure, and compare the correlation of this relationship between Han and Uighur and in urinary protein. Methods 304 patients chose between December 2013 and July 2014 in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region people's hospital heart line with coronary angiography were enrolled, measuring artery center pressure and peripheral arterial pressure in operation, dividing them into four groups according to the no coronary heart disease(normal group ), simple coronary heart disease, simple hypertension, hypertension and coronary heart disease, comparing the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and analysis the relationship of both and urinary protein. Results Pe- ripheral arterial systolic pressure was higher than that of central aortic systolic pressure, the difference was statisti- cally significant (t=3.235, P=0.001 ), while peripheral arterial diastolic pressure and central aortic diastolic pres- sure had no difference (t=2.091 ,P=0.037), the difference in between two nationalities and in different disease's groups had no difference (P〉0.05), and had no significant difference in the four groups between two nationalities (P〉0.05), the urinary protein value of hypertension and coronary heart disease group, in the four groups, was the highest, the difference was statistically significant (F=4.304, P=0.005 ), there was no difference in single disease and normal group, and no difference between in two Han and Uygur nationality (P〉0.05). Conclusion Pcripheral arterial systolic pressure is higher than the central artery systolic blood pressure, urinary protein in the merger of the two diseases groups had significant, but were not associated with race, may be related to the types of diseases.
